- Project Name: Inauguration of Europe’s First Exascale Supercomputer
- Client: EuroHPC
- Location: Autoworld Brussels
- Date: June 2025
For this landmark event, AUX developed a fully interactive 3D virtual exhibition, bringing Europe’s exascale supercomputing initiative to a global digital audience. Hosted at Autoworld Brussels, the event celebrates innovation by linking the heritage of horsepower with the computational power of tomorrow.
Project Scope
Our team created a comprehensive digital twin of the physical event space, featuring:
- Accurate 3D modeling of Autoworld, Herman de Croo stage, and exhibition zones
- Interactive booths for 20 EU-funded HPC projects and 10 supercomputers, each with touchscreen displays for applications, technical specs, and live demos
- A central EuroHPC stand with embedded screens, a live quiz, and touch-activated dashboards highlighting achievements, calls, and interactive content
- 360° rendered environments of key zones: stage, booths, boulevard
- Logical participant flow including wayfinding paths, branded elements, plants, and seating zones
Key Features
- High-resolution virtual replicas of supercomputer stands, each with a four-sided display: imagery, applications, technical specs, and an embedded media screen
- A browser-native virtual tour accessible worldwide, with dynamic interaction for each featured asset
- Support for live or pre-recorded speaker videos, interactive infopoints, and analytics tracking
- Modular design to support event gamification and participant challenges
The EuroHPC inauguration became more than a one-day event, it became an on-demand, immersive virtual experience that extended its reach, showcased technical excellence, and delivered lasting educational and branding impact across Europe and beyond.
