III.1. If you are a visitor of the Site, S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • For marketing activities, namely for sending commercial communications regarding the products and services offered by S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. through the Site, via remote communication means (email, SMS).

IV. Duration of Data Processing

As a general rule, S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes.
If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out based on the consent expressed before its withdrawal.

To fulfill the processing purposes, S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. may disclose your data to partners, third parties, or entities that support S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details about the processing activities, such as how data is processed, the purpose of processing, recipients, or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;

  • Right to rectification, meaning the right to obtain, without undue delay, the correction of inaccurate/unjustified personal data by S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., as well as the completion of incomplete data;

  • Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), without undue delay, if one of the following reasons applies:

    • The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
    • The consent has been withdrawn, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
    • The data subject objects to processing, and there are no legitimate reasons prevailing;
    • Personal data has been processed unlawfully;
    • Personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;
    • Personal data was collected in connection with the provision of information society services under EU or national law.

    Upon a deletion request, S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. may anonymize the data (removing its personal nature) and continue processing it for statistical purposes.

  • Right to restriction of processing, in cases where:

    • The accuracy of the data is contested, for a period allowing verification;
    • Processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes deletion, requesting restriction instead;
    • The data is no longer needed for processing, but the data subject requests it for legal claims;
    • The data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the legitimate rights of the controller override those of the data subject.
  • Right to data portability, meaning (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and readable format and (ii) the right to have these data transmitted by S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. to another data controller, where legally applicable;

  • Right to object – applicable to processing activities and exercisable as follows:

    • At any time, for reasons related to the data subject’s particular situation, objecting to processing based on the legitimate interest of S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. or the public interest, unless S.C. IFACTIVE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for legal claims;
    • At any time, free of charge and without justification, objecting to processing for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, meaning the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or significantly affects the data subject;

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Processing Supervision or the competent courts if necessary.
